Developing an emerging generation of leaders is crucial to the future of the Church in India and other parts of the world. NCM uses a variety of seminars and workshops to train tomorrow's leaders and today's workers for effective ministry in an ever changing world climate. The Art of Christian Leadership Seminars - focused on sharpening emerging leader’s skills, expanding the abilities of current ministries leaders, and the acquisition of godly character - challenge, cultivate, and equip pastors and emerging church leaders to become effective servants of God who act as agents of change within the Church as well as within their societies and local communities.
There are Leaders who have become disillusioned with the church. This frustration is sad and disappointing and needs to be addressed. The Bible is clear that the Church is God’s chosen tool for hope and change. To truly obey Scripture means to turn this disillusionment and frustration into a labor of love as we each look for ways to carry out the mission of the church.
We love the Leaders. We started doing the Impact Leaders Conferences because we love serving church leaders. We believe that the powerful church Leader or a Pastor is THE force that can attack the atrocities of this world and bring the hope of Jesus to desperate situations. Sure, we sometimes get frustrated with the church … but then we are reminded of Paul’s words in Colossians that Jesus is the head of the Church. We know that they have an enormous responsibility to teach Scripture and inspire people to follow God with their lives. As their church service or Bible study ends and people are sent out into the real world, they are on mission. They have potential to impact the world around them for Christ. But the road of life is tough. People get discouraged and hurt. Their church is the sanctuary for them. A place to rest, a place to be encouraged by the fellowship of others and a place to be reminded of the mission and sent back out again.
NCM also works with local churches in developing community based ministries that are compassionate in function, whose focus is evangelism, and whose outcome is discipleship.
